Love it!

This app is great. I can lock my card at will get alerts for all transactions and set regions where my card will work or not and then even block certain types of purchases. If you want to use Touch ID I did find that you have to "kill the app" by swiping up and not simply using the log out feature. After reading some of the complaints, I see how if a person cannot remember the password they set up, they will not like the service. Users should always remember their passwords and if they can't they can use the forgot password link and go through the process to rest it. I know many Credit Unions are using this app and may not have signed up for all the services this app can do. If you have questions, contact your Credit Union and they can help you. This app is not going to keep your card from being compromised at a merchant, but it will help you monitor your cards usage.

No complaints!

I have complete control over my debit card; ie: I can monitor my monthly spending, set restrictions, make transfers and turn my card on or off. Touch ID makes the log in process extremely easy. You

Still some issues

I love having quick access to see my accounts, but the App has some issues that need a fix. #1, I no longer receive notifications of transactions as it used to. #2, when a “pending transaction,” is posted and then another actual transaction is posted the original pending never goes away. I have some “pending transactions” from Apple iTunes (and other places) that are months old.

Does not provide protection as promised

Our CU offered this app to control debit card access. I set it up, blocked all transaction types (including online orders), then ordered a gift card on Amazon. The order went through without a hitch and did not even ask for the cvv code. So, don't be lulled into false sense of security. This app provides no protection. Anyone that saw your card front (the number) can withdraw all your savings pronto.

Needs an update

App clearly hasn’t kept up with iOS changes. The interface is clunky, buttons are HUGE, looks like and original iPhone keyboard. Also, the touchID barely functions. It makes login again about every-other time I use the app; and sometimes I can’t login at all. That said, the features the app provides for managing my debit card are great! It’s just hard to trust an app that feels so clunky, out-of-date and unreliable. I would feel screwed if I ‘turned off’ my card, and cranky app wouldn’t let me turn it back on when needed.
