I did LOVE this app !!! Then they took away the badge numbers showing how many times the card had been used since last checking it and now they take away the passcode so you have to enter your whole password and there is NO ONE to talk to.

Last update for “interface improvements” ruined this app. - Doesn’t work with LastPass - Can’t cut and paste userid & password - no longer able to use face recognition - can’t delete cold cards App has become useless to me.

The latest update is garbage. No Face ID, I don’t get proper badge notifications anymore. If there isn’t an update to fix these issues soon I will be deleting it off my phone.

So far I’ve enjoyed using this app. My biggest issue is it completely logs me out every time I close the app. Its really annoying when you’re trying to quickly check your balance. Also, it would be nice if debit transactions appeared red and credit transactions appeared green.

I like the idea of this app and previous versions were great IMO, but this latest update (Dec 2020) is horrible. - face recognition ID and Touch ID capabilities were removed - Passcode feature was removed - iPhone Badge alerts no longer work (even when turned on in Notifications settings) - this is a BIG drawback. Banners still work though. Even when the app is left open, it will prompt for my full password after inactivity. No longer can I turn card features on or off “in seconds” as claimed by the app developer. And they have disabled cut/paste feature so any password managers will not work.

The only problem I have is that the Touch ID is gone with this new update. It’s very annoying to put in a password every time I open the app. Hopefully y’all can change this on the next update. Hopefully that will be soon.

App is very slow and updates seem to be false. False alerts with incorrect account balances constantly. Have to close the app a few times to get correct balance updates. I really just don’t want to use this app unless it has a major update
A great idea but with some challenges

With the advent of facemasks due to the pandemic, it’s frustrating trying to use facial recognition. If I don’t get the mask off in time it requires my password. That wouldn’t be a problem, but it doesn’t allow you to copy and paste the password from the password app. It definitely discourages me using my ATM card as I don’t want to deal with the hassle of the app. That said, I’m great I can turn it off.
