#1 crappiest app on my phone

ThisAppSuxBigUns

This app has such great possibilities, but the execution is absolutely piss poor. You can’t paste complex passwords in. Every other time I try to use it Face ID and then I have to logon again. This app has one simple job and gets it right almost 50% of the time. The absolutely most hated app on my phone.

Card off isn’t secured enough

MaDuke7

This card is good as far as being able to have it off when not in use and on to use in case it’s lost or stolen. My issue is why is it that someone can go into your account without approval and take a certain amount out with the card “being off” blocking the use of it because a couple of times I forgot to turn it on and it’s declined at the register right away so if it’s that easy then it shouldn’t be any off/on choices it needs to be more secured with a Fingerprint or Face ID to when money is being taken out so this or any mishap will be avoided!!

TouchID

bikestua

The app provides excellent features and functionality and enjoy using. The problem I’m having is the touchID and passcode features are not working. I followed installation instructions (several times) by changing loginID and password and even removing and reinstalling the app. Not working.

Great protection

jumbo1956

I love this app because it protects me and let me know every time that I spend a penny immediately and where I spend it and even if someone tries to use it it gives me an alarm and denied the spending I love that thank you so much

The latest updates have made this app impossible to use without calling their call center

Charter21p5

Worse yet when you call CardNav’s call center they are too busy to take your call.

Notification settings do not work

02tjeep

Do you not receive any notifications on deposits ,transactions or auto payments

Can’t even make an account

Wandma7er

In the set up process it asks me to enter the amount paid from my last pin-based transaction. Whenever I enter the amount it tells me to enter a valid pin based transaction. I’m using an iPhone 6 and a debit card if that matters.
