They are on top of things. Knew right away whenever a charge wasn’t mine and denied it.


Used to love it now I’m disappointed

I wish that it was easy to get in touch with someone about this. I loved this app for years, now I’m upset. I bank with a credit union. I have no idea how it happened, but someone hacked into the app and they were turning the card on after I turned it off! They were trying to transfer all of my savings into my checking, trying to steal everything that I have! Happy that my credit union did not let any transaction go through! These creeps tried several times and must have turned the card on after I turned it off almost a dozen times… so disappointed in something that I used to love and depend on.

I tried to register and now my register is disabled? Now I can’t do anything with the app.

This is a great app that could be made better if the Geo location feature of it had a smaller distance between the ATM machine and your telephone. According to my bank it set at 25 miles. 25 miles creates opportunities for theft however given this feature I just turned theCard on and off and it is only on when I am using it!

telling me my password to login in is wrong over and over and won’t let me create a new password by clicking on (forgot password)

I used to love this app then it stopped working saying my username and password is invalid.

I love how flexible this app is to use. I feel secure with it also as I have had fraud perpetrated upon my account .


Passcode?

Why can’t I use a passcode anymore? Only user id and password or facial recognition now? Please put the passcode option back!

Love the features of the app and it works great with all cards. But not happy with the access to my account. You need to stop changing the methods of access. I DO NOT like having to enter my password every time I open the app. Facial Recognition should be enough!
