It’s Decent

I like how you can choose the notifications you want by type or by category. Please fix the double notifications that show up for every transaction alert.

CardNav is the best of its kind. It has saved me on several occasions. Thanks CardNav.

They keep changing how you sign in claim it for security, but the bank itself has not changed and I can do more on the diamond app itself, CardNav ruined there own app someone thinks it’s a good idea to change it every single week, it’s ridiculous after I leave this review I am deleting this app I suggest you should too or don’t get in the first place way to much of a pia way to ruin a good app nerds dumb dumb dumb AND THEY STILL DO NOTHING ABOUT FIXING THIS APP NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS APP IS A WAIST OF TIME

In need of an update

So far I’ve enjoyed using this app. My only issue is it doesn’t classify if a transaction was a debit or credit

Desperately Needs an Update

I can’t even register my debit card because since the address box is only one line and no guidance on what format you need to use, no matter how many times I try I am told I am wrong and get locked out of the app. I’d love to use this app if I could actually register on it.

It’s like a firewall for your debit card!

This app gives you granular control of your debit card usage by allowing you to disable transactions for particular categories, from specific locations (or countries) or to turn the card on or off completely. I also believe you can schedule the card to be off overnight so that greatly enhances security of the bad guys using your card and draining your account while you sleep. It’s also a good way to track spending as your transactions are logged. It keeps a tab on how much you spent this month in card transactions. I’m taking away 2 stars for these reasons. One is that the app does not seem to support TouchID. If it does, it’s not intuitive to setup. Like other FI apps (Chase, Discover, BoA) they have a Touch ID icon right on the login page that walks you through setting it up if it’s not already done. You only get 3 tries at a password so I highly recommend storing it in a password manager like LassPass. I’d hate to turn my card off to prevent transactions and then forget or lock myself out and not be able to turn it on again. The second star I’m taking away is for the App design. It’s still not using the Retina display on the iPhone. Text and graphics are fuzzy and look “up scaled”. There must not be a high end graphic designer working for the app developer because while it works and is simple, it does look dated. Otherwise it’s great app to control your debit card use !

Amazing

Thank God for this app. I have it set to alert me about every transaction and because of it I caught someone trying to use my card online immediately. I didn’t lose out on any money just a little time having to go change and update things.

Works ok

I like the alerts when a purchase is made, almost immediately. Biggest issue is that Touch ID rarely works.

Poor accessibility

I like that a transaction notification appears almost immediately. The control preferences are flexible and I like that I can turn these on and off with immediate response. That said, the flexibility only works if you can access the app quickly, which does not happen more than half the time. Despite leaving the app open, Card Nav will ask me to login AGAIN. Plus, login does not allow for pasting the password (bad if you use a password manager and complex password). So, what is marketed as a quick on/off function in card control becomes tedious. And why set up a pass code separate from the password (I have never been able to use that). 2 stars for the login aggregation.

OK but needs improvement

Seems to be functional and handy, with some useful features. Setup WAY too difficult: I use a password manager and the app does not allow you to paste into the password field. Also, a 12 character max password length is ludicrous, especially for a financial app. Finally, I have multiple cards and the app should allow me to assign nicknames so I can easily differentiate them.
