I really like CardNav! I’ve been compromised twice before and my credit union told me about the CardNav app. Thank you so much for keeping me safe!


Locked out!

This would be great if it didn’t lock me out every time I log in. Plus it doesn’t remember your log in. After the third time calling support I deleted it. It’s not worth the hassle.


Pretty good. Not great.

It’s great to turn your card on and off. Not all accounts work well. I have only one account that shows most transactions but not all. Some accounts won’t show and transactions. One account won’t even show me a balance. Kinda frustrating.

It’s a great app. The main problem I find with it, is that it keeps logging out. The Touch login and passcode is not working consistently.

I had to delete this and unsubscribe! My card was being declined everywhere no matter what settings I put it on!!!

It keeps sending me notices that activity has occurred, but when I click on the icon to open the app, it looks as though I’ve been logged out and need to enter my password even though I know I entered it before and even enabled fingerprint access


Good overall but needs a minor adjustment

App works great for monitoring your card(s) activity. Only problem I’ve notice is that you can’t change the time zone on the phone alerts. I’m in the eastern time zone but every time a notification pops up on my phone it’s alerting me in central time zone (an hour early). More of an annoyance than significant operational problem.

This app is horrible. The fingerprint option works 1 out of 10 times. The facial recognition doesn’t work at all. For both you have to ALWAYS enter your password manually. I don’t know why the programmers can’t seem to fix these things. Guess they really don’t care !
