What changed

Guitar*Slinger

App was great until it stopped supporting sending navigation to car and or remote signals.

Awful

unhappy bmw owner

Worst ever. Doesn’t work half the time. Help desk useless.

Doesn’t work

M-Technical

The app worked well and could connect to my car remotely for about 2 months after buying my X5. Since then (about 6 months) it will not connect to any feature under any circumstance.

Small minded

evionics

Very local stuff. My Swiss car can’t talk to the US App. So 1985 Frank

Disconnected drive app

GenoD1

This ap does not show any info and refuses to do any thing but show hello. I may as well delete it for all the good it does on my iPhone.

Such a disappointment

Techno123

No amount of updates can fix this app as I have seen over the years. This app is a disgrace to BMW’s Reputation of ultimate driving machine. The idea of this app is good but there is certainly very bad execution. I think this needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Thanks

Useless do better BMW

This app needs a serious update. None of the features work! Nonfunctional useless app. Completely turns me off from ever purchasing another BMW vehicle.

Used to be great, now bad

Attilahun

This used to work great. Now it’s updated all the time and the functionality comes and goes. Getting it to kick in can take 10-15 minutes from when you plug into your car. They’ve also taken away the functionality I used to enjoy: remote lock, remote alarm, etc. It’s a royal pain and is making me rethink BMW.

Worst ever

T-Dogs

App always gets “stuck” sending an update Actually requires deleting the app and installing again. How does this make it out of QA? Apple Inc needs to take action. Then again the car is pretty disappointing as well.

Works Like A Charm

Papadisco

The Climatize Car action is the best thing since sliced bread! Lock/Unlock works great as does all the other features. The action set is limited, but reliable, and encompasses all the important stuff
