App use to remote start my 2020 X5 now it doesn’t work at all. Says my hood is open when it’s not. 3D remote view use to work now it doesn’t. I can’t even lock or unlock my truck. They should refund back some money since these selling point features aren’t working.

I love my i3 and will buy another one but BMW is the drooling slow cousin when it comes to service and tech. This app is horrible.

This app is total trash. I have been a loyal BMW driver for years and I’m done. Sending a location from your phone to your car no longer works. This WAS a useful feature mainly because navigation input on the BMW is garbage. Have you ever seen the ATT commercial where the guy yells “Smart Speaker..”. This is what this app is like. @Apple - how do your reviewers approve this non-functioning garbage?

Anything actually worked. This app is awful. Literally nothing on this app works correctly if at all. Very disappointing coming from BMW. This needs a remedy ASAP.

The app has a ‘locate vehicle’ feature. It better be called ‘locate iPhone’ because that’s what it does. It shows the phone’s location not the car’s. They haven’t fixed it since last year. This app never works. I want my $50 back. This is a rip-off fake app.

I’ve had my X7 since October and still have not had the remote start feature on the app to work. I’ve called at least 5 times and even went in for a “genius” appointment and it is still not resolved. This is one of the key features that made my decision to purchase the X7. If it’s never going to work, just admit it and stop having me call in to try to resolve this issue. Beyond frustrating!!! I expected more from BMW.
