I’ve been trying to view my claims and so can never see them. It’s really frustrating

Search by doctors doesn’t work, deductible information in app do not match with information on the website, and more important there is no way to make a payment through application. Blue cross skyrocketing their premium prices every year gaining their greedy pockets with our money, however they are still trying to save money on everything including app making service even worse.
Provider Finder is Nah

Okay neat, new app update. I've had the app a couple months and the provider finder has legit never worked, so I've been waiting for an update in hopes that it would fix the issue. NOPE. Only reason I even downloaded this app tbh. Is nice to have access to my card tho. Just in case I forget my wallet or whatever. Is only reason I'm not giving one star. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is a great app. It’s makes finding information extremely easy to find and I was able to get a refund for a few out of pocket charges my doctor “accidentally” charged me
BCBSIL APP Stinks

I have tried to log onto the BCBSIL App. It stopped working at least six months ago and I receive a notice telling me that there is a problem that they are aware of and are working to correct it. I downloaded the new App and I get the same reply.
