On my last car rentals I’ve had to waste time and had to go back to the counter due to cars I requested not available, or cars signaling oil change due, or low tire pressure.
Doesn’t work half of the time

Forever having issues with my rentals not showing up on the app. Supposed to be able to bypass counter but rarely can.

The Preferred experience is disappointing. Long hold times, counter agents who cannot or will offer assistance for navigating the app, and prompts that send me in circles. The biggest issue was setting up my profile. I spent 45 minutes talking to different people at the airport check out counter and the app customer service line with no resolution.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. Every time at the counter my preferred does not work. People are rude. No customer service. Bring back service

I downloaded the app and I still had to go to the counter and wait forever. I had on a previous visit had all my info input. I want an app where I don’t have to wait for the counter. Did I do something wrong on the reservation? How do I avoid going to the counter? Thanks
