Overall the app is pretty good. Easy to book a rental. However, redesign of the profile/status is needed. It should be easy to see you current status and progress towards the next level (ex. X dollars more spend or X number of rentals).


Slow service. Not knowledgeable staff. Not great car.

Arrived on time to pick up but no dedicated Preferred line and took a while to get the car. Added curb side drop off service but when I arrived at JFK the first two staff members did not know what it is and did not seem very interested in helping. Finally the manager had to step in. It took longer than if we had probably just taken the shuttle. Overall not a great service. Also the car was fairly banged up.

Great App - This is a first for Denver!

I’m sooooo happy to say, I’m pleasantly surprised! Usually I dread my Denver trips, because there’s never enough help or cars ready to go when I arrive at Avis! Hallelujah! This is a first! Do you have new management, here? For the first time in years...I’m getting the class of car I’ve requested, and my car is waiting for me in a designated stall!! WOOHOO!! THANK YOU!! It will make a difference for my whole week/trip!!??☺️


Terrible!!!

Rediculously frustrated

This latest version of the app is the worst app I’ve ever used in my entire life. They should fire the programmer and hire somebody with more than half a brain!!! You wasted too much of my time already, I’m done trying to use your terrible buggy app!!!


Animations are soooo bad

There are annoying animations during the booking flow like when the date calendar pulls up to input the dates you want the rental the animation bounces around for a couple seconds and it’s frozen during the bouncing so you have to sit there and wait for it to finish doing its thing before you can select your dates.

Been a national customer, First time using Avis. The car I got is not cleaned from inside or outside. Windshield has bug marks stuck on and inside dashboard has dust. National has much cleaner car Anyday @ Tulsa


Can’t Select ZERO Stars

Literally, this is the WORST app and Avis has correspondingly the WORST customer service I have experienced in the past 10 years. This Avis app cannot understand that I am in the middle of an existing reservation that I want to extend. Also, when I attempt to login with my Amazon account, apparently I did not give Avis the appropriate permissions to access Amazon. However, no one at Avis (and according to customer service they have NO APP TECH SUPPORT...???) can help resolve the issue. None of six representatives were able to assist. There is also no prompt that explains HOW to allow Avis and Amazon to communicate in they way they need to so the apps work together. I am beyond frustrated with this app, Avis Customer Service, and Avis as a company in general. I’m going back to Enterprise!!!
