Absolutely the worst app. There is no way to log on if you are already preferred member to create preferences for rental cars. There was only a screen to create a log in. When you enter your wizard number it says sorry you are already a member -duh. What a waste of time

As a preferred member I have a lot of experience renting with Avis. In every city at every time of the year they seem to fail... disorganized, long lines, disgruntled employees... dirty cars, truck full of junk, unwashed, sometimes with the fuel on empty. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN AVIS.

Current rental smoked in.

Picked up our infinity q50. Yesterday and we’re in a hurry. The car had been smoked in and the coverup spray they used made the car unbearable. Would have exchanged it but didn’t have time. Very disappointed in this rental.

Good service, buggy app

As a rental car company Avis has been good to me but the mobile app has had some frustrating moments. They should a bit more dollars towards development and QA.

Not an app as much as an ad and up charge machine

Don’t trust the app

Tonight I tried to pre pay for a rental car. I kept getting a pop up saying unable to process try again later or call. I tried again and got the same message. I went to full site log in and was shocked to see the reservation went through. I check my credit card online and I was shocked to see 2 authorizations for the amount of the rental. Called the number for app assistance and they couldn’t help and told me to call billing tomorrow morning.

Works great for finding/exchanging cars. Just wish it worked in closer proximity to the rental counter, like at the airport gate.

It won‘t let me make any profile changes. It always says I am supposed to fill out all fields - which I have. So no way to make changes...

Poor experience

The car I was given is dirty and was not cleaned inside. There is food in some of the storage places in the car. The dash boards and windows inside are dirty and the car was not completely full when I picked the car up. The exterior of the car is not in great condition. The oil change maintance system is telling me it’s time for an oil change or service. I would have expected the car I rented to be cleaned and in good condition. Very disappointed and I would Like a call from customer service.
