Sends me in circles – Avis - Car Rental Review
The Preferred experience is disappointing. Long hold times, counter agents who cannot or will offer assistance for navigating the app, and prompts that send me in circles. The biggest issue was setting up my profile. I spent 45 minutes talking to different people at the airport check out counter and the app customer service line with no resolution.
