Check in doesn’t work

The app is good except for the rental check in feature. Twice I have checked in my vehicle and got a confirmation screen, only to see the vehicle show up later as still assigned to me. Help desk says there was a problem with the check in so they know it was returned.

Credit card scan feature is useless. Won’t allow me to update my credit card info manually either. Reset itself a couple of times. Time wasting app.

Worst experience I have ever had renting a car. Preferred customer I waited in line for 30 minutes to have a car assigned then waited for an hour for the car to be brought to us.

The vehicle provided is a gas gusler. Went from full to half tank after 73km. ?
