App is awful, navigation is horrible, and the ability to choose a vehicle is terrible.

App was not user friendly when it came to checking out my vehicle. As a preferred customer it would have been nice not to have to go to the checkout counter.

When you go to pick up your vehicle multiple pop ups for different vendors randomly pop up unrelated to Avis but in the app.

I get a text to go to the app and tap “Return Now”. I challenge anyone to find “Return Now”. Come on, you can do better.

Airlines have flights that are delayed and they generate 99% of the Biz at this location and you are not open till last flight. Nobody answers phones anymore?
