Turn in feature

I turned my car in after hours on the day before it was due. It was Christmas Eve. The car was due Christmas Day. Nobody could answer my questions nationally on why I could not use my app. To turn the car in. There was NO option for turn in. I received a text message to simply use my app to complete the turn in. NOPE no such feature for me.
Staff at PGV airport

The staff at PGV airport was incredibly helpful during the holidays. They proactively reached out to manage expectations on the car fleet. I was thoroughly impressed
No cars available even though I have a reservation

I am avis preferred. The board tells me to use the app. The app says there are no cars available. I am waiting in a line of 20people for over an hour in sub zero temp. Awesome service!
Car Not Ready

My flight was 1hr delayed. Car was not ready to be picked up. Representative says 45 min til car is ready.

Limited and not user friendly

This app is not user friendly and has very limited options. The national rent-a-car app is much easier and efficient. Mr. Timesaver
Updating

Try to update your arrival time on the app is frustrating. Make it simpler. I can update, change flights, destinations, everything for flights on their respective apps, but try to push your arrival fours hours on Avis results in having to call then deal w that comm problem. App is great to reserve, though.

Lost and Found

App does not make it easy to submit a Lost item report. The third party company handling lost items does not even recognize the HHH (Hilton Head Island Airport). Which does not allow a lost item report to be submitted.
