Loved choosing my car

Being able to choose my car once I land at the airport has been great during my last 3 rentals. Also easily changed my credit card on the app. Very easy!
No emails for confirmation

I'm not receiving email confirmations anymore when making reservations. This means I have to call the customer service nightmare line, or print the reservation from the app which is not always easy to do from the iPhone.

Wasn't able to locate current reservation

I was able to see my current reservation up until 3 hours before the pick-up time. I don't know what use this app is if I can't access my current reservation. Please fix the bugs..

the app does not allow NEW reservations to be made for my Wizard account. Hello, Hertz!
No check-in option

App messaged me to self-check-in. When I got to car return, no option to check-in... Avis personnel said they had no training to help. Suggested I ask Preferred desk... But sole woman there too busy chatting on cell to assist customers. Avoid Avis Milwaukee...

Lots of great features and even more to come. Besides Avis being my go to car rental option, being able to easily exchange and not have to think about keeping a receipt for short trips and gas fills is great. Love just dropping the car and heading to the gate.
