Tried this for a year... Nothing changes! A waste of time! – AT&T Mark the Spot Review

As per an AT&T rep, this app is supposed to help them locate weak spots so that they can fix things. I’ve been using it for over a year and have noticed no changes. The weak service areas remain, and I can’t use the Internet on cellular data. Plus, the calls keep dropping, and the service is patchy at best.
