Have been pleased with Home Advisor ever sent I’ve started using them. And the timely responses from the various vendors for certain projects has just been great! Please continue to do & offer the great service that you do!

I requested an estimate from a contractor through Home Advisor. No estimate was sent. I renewed the request several times. Having found the service subpar I will go back to the old fashion method and ask my neighbors for recommendations.

Home advisor is funded by the ripoff artists that they recommend. I used two of their supposed “Qualified pros”. Horrible service and overpriced. If you try to submit a negative review, they will NOT post it until you jump through hoops and when you try to Jump through those hoops, they don’t answer phones and don’t return calls after you finally successfully navigate their impossible phone system. Your better off talking to you friends and neighbors. Total ONE SIDED RIPOFF. Remember, there is no such thing as service and advice for free .

They charge for almost all leads even if leads are bogus or if no one picks up. Called a customer 5x in 2 weeks with no response yet they won’t credit $130 Be weary they have been doing this for 6 month and thus I have to shut off there direct leads which they charge you automatically for.

Too many ads, for 1 function on phone I receive 7 adds. It is overKill! Please cut back on you ads, they waste my Time , play one game and get an ad for Every hand dealt . Used you service twice, now may reconsider! Enough ADS!!!!

Credit card scam?

I followed all of the prime so I had to give a lot of information they wanted my credit card at the end and then supposedly there was an error I never got what I needed to get to get into the house and the landlord dropped off of the face of the earth and never said anything back to me after I told him what problems I was having with the app

I filled out a home advisor inquiry, clearly marking “not ready”. Within minutes a contractor called me and swore at me because I wasted his time and he had to pay for his listings. He was so angry and abusive I will never leave my info on line again. Back to asking neighbors or getting numbers off trucks at work sights.
