I got one call they said they would come take a look but never showed up. I would not even give you one star except that is the only way it works plus I do not think I will ever use again.

I’ve had this application for about a year now, but today was the first time I needed to use it. I found it to be very easy to use, and lining up a plumber was very easy.

I like HomeAdvisor and have used the referrals a couple of time which turned out great. However I recently investigated a project and selected the option that I didn’t want an estimate at this stage but my details were distributed to suppliers anyway. Then I received a number of unwanted calls and had to go on to the internet and initiate a live chat to have the matter terminated. This is highly problematic that your contact details are distributed without consent and that you then have to field calls from the suppliers. This is frustrating for the user and a waste of time for the supplier.
