Every time you go to read reviews on app an error occurs

Literally just download the app so I know it’s current version. Every time I go to read a vendors reviews, the app says an error has occurred and makes me log in again.

I set up a scheduled appointment. The person was very late. When I tried to use the app to get info on who was supposed to show up the app would just keep telling me it wasn’t connected to the internet. Everything else worked fine. Just when I went to do anything with the appointment I had scheduled it wouldn’t let me do anything.
No way to cancel project, inundated with calls

Was interested in getting pricing online. I clicked that I wanted an online estimate and my phone blew up for the next 45 minutes. This is not the app for pricing.

Very unprofessional people they book your appointment , they call you that they are on way and coming , my appointment was 11am then last minute they don’t call you. And cancel their appointment sending you email at 11.39am I did take off from work to do my home cleaning made an appointment earlier. They wasted my day by not coming to clean my home They take your credit cards details so my advice don’t give them your credit card details they are not professionals
Snowstorm in Fredericksburg VA on 1/3/22

We all know there was a snowstorm that hit Virginia on Monday and shut down I-95. I contacted Angi through the app because the person who had been scheduled disappeared. When I attempted to reschedule, I was charged THREE late fees (for ONE reschedule that was an act of God). I tried to get someone to call me to straighten out the problem three times. I received ONE refund. I can’t get ahold of anyone to discuss the issue, it is like dealing with Artificial ‘Intelligence’. You receive an email response that does not refer to the CONTENT of your concern. The first 3 times, it worked great, then the app started giving me problems. It is absolutely NOT user friendly and makes it difficult for you to resolve issues. I regret purchasing the membership now.
Signed up yesterday and not impressed.

I’m waiting to hear for a quote for an electrical job and I haven’t received anything. I have received plenty of junk text messages and survey calls about my project but nothing useful so far. I’m starting to feel duped by them. Will probably end up using craigslist anyway.

I’ve uninstalled and installed this app multiple times but it still doesn’t show me the info I need. Like the payments I’ve made since they are automatically charged to my credit card and doesn’t show scheduled or completed cleanings and history and payments. I’m already a member and it keeps asking me to be a member! Please fix it!
