Appointment with American Team Construction

Made an appointment with American Team Construction with HomeAdvisor. Came to my house and 1 hour late, I have to called twice before they showed up. And once looked at my door. they said make an appointment for next week. I called twice in the weekdays to confirm the appointment and today. No call no show, they completely forgot about my appointment. Now they’re trying to find someone to come. This is very poor business.

Great to find local pros. Problem is the pros get your info and inundate you with phone calls for days. Even ones you knew you would never hire. You also get call centers that don’t know what state your in and waste time setting up services that you then have to deal with rescheduling.

Mateo DeLeon provided a detailed estimate for removing the old roofing and installing new roofing with a 50year warranty. The price was good and the level of detail was excellent. I have worked with Mateo when I had the siding replaced with Hardy Plank siding. That project was finished in February 2018. A few pickups remain to be completed, but the work is in the que. Mateo knows his products and all the details about the project. He also follows through until the job is complete.
