No apple wallet integration

There's a button that says "add to wallet" and when I click on it a little box appears saying "downloading e ticket". That's it though, the box disappears and that's it, nothing is added to my wallet.


Cannot buy monthly passes

The update doesn’t allow my monthly pass to be sent to the wallet. Listened to the public? I don’t think so.

Caveat: I book rides on my laptop via the website so I can not rate that functionality. Then I put my reservations in Wallet so I don’t have to come back to the App. Sometimes I do some minor travel searches but no heavy lifting using App. If there was no Wallet integration, I would be very unhappy. Every update forces users to sign in and find your reservation again in this App, apparently. However, my reservation, including a link to detailed information, was still in my wallet. Depending on this App would lead to a panicky situation if you didn’t realize an update occurred and you don’t remember the darn login PW. Don’t depend solely on this App folks. Decrease the stress in your life. LOL!


Monthly pass not working

I can’t get my monthly pass to download into the apple wallet. It has worked great for months now i can’t even find any Amtrak information on my wallet. App says it has downloaded but I have nothing to show.

Why do I have to type in my payment info every time I want to purchase a ticket? The inability of the application to store payment information greatly increases the amount of time it takes to purchase tickets and greatly reduces ease of use.


Good design update, but buggy

When I scroll, every time I put my thumb down on the screen to scroll, it selects the train ride from the list. Your click handling is too sensitive in the list view.

Cannot “Add to Wallet”. It doesn’t give any errors, nor confirmation. I keep pressing it over and over but it never shows up in Wallet.

When you search for a booking, if unavailable you are presented with a not-user friendly error message “No Amtrak service matches your request. Please try different stations. [108A]” What it should do is tell you what is unavailable (e.g. no connection available, train or specific legs are booked, etc.) and offer alternative dates. Not all travel booking attempts are same day Acela trips.
