This App only needs to do two things for me. First, to easily purchase and display tickets. Second, to notify me via text if there's a delay to my departure/arrival. It does neither. It's hard to purchase tickets because it doesn't enable a fully loaded profile. You need to enter several basic bits of info each time. Then it almost never displays your tickets once purchased and the conductor has to look up your name on each ride. As for notifications, it's useless. My parking app at the train station runs circles around this app.

Worst app ever! I can't even book a ticket because when I enter a city the app tells me nothing is found. What is it good for, if you can't do the basics?

When a reservation is looked up, it can be "added to calendar", but not added to "my trips"- that would be an easy fix and very helpful. Also, being able to tap on the train number and see the full schedule with all stops and the train car layout (eg business class car at back if train) would be helpful.

This app should be a convenient way to purchase a ticket and manage the ticket. There're a few ways to improve the app. 1. Add passenger list. This app remembers just one passenger. I have to key in the info for the passenger. 2. Remember the payment. I have to key in my credit card number every time I purchase a ticket. The payment method should be remembered or to support Apple Pay.

Signed up for alerts and refreshed the App constantly. Still did not inform me of delay. Oh how I love waiting on a platform in 90 degree heat when I could have spent more time with family!!!

Great app and saved my life. I like how you can change reservations in an instant if you immediately need to change plans and get refunded (especially if you need to change routes). I love it's integration with Apple Wallet, however, I don't think it is fully integrated. Whenever there are delays, it does not reflect on the Wallet app and I had an instance where the name of the bus did not match up with the name of the bus on the Wallet "card" although it was very similar. Other than that, please integrate with Apple Pay. Great app.

I use it a lot with no issues, I just wish it had Apple Pay. Easy to buy or modify tickets and easy to put ticket into my passbook!
