I tried to use the app but no working never send me my verification code and I use a costumer I can’t use as a member
My first time with amtrak and never again. Hold times longer than 1 hour. No call backs, no documenting calls when I call. Cancelation of travel legs without the ability to alter ticket. HORRIBLE
Never received notification about the train scheduled for 12/21/21 being late. Took off 3 hrs late then finally on the way and made 3 to 4 stops moving very slowly. Received no announcements as to what time we’d get into Lorton, leaving us wondering! Had plans for 5pm but with a 5 hour driving will never make it. I’ve taking the auto train several times and this was the worst trip thus far. Next time I’ll just drive. The cost would have been the same with a hotel!!
My overall experience on my trip was ok but we made a mistake choosing a roomette. It is small for one person and tiny for two and too expensive for what you get. The food is good! The service is good, the personnel are friendly and efficient. More room at the same price please.
Seriously in 2021 how hard is it to develop a functioning app? It is so buggy and broken, and the website is only slightly better. I do not drive a car and my entire family is on the Northeast Corridor. Amtrak is my go-to. Can you please hire a developer who can update the functionality to match the 21st century??
This app is inconsistent, always saying “something went wrong.” I love Amtrak but I hate the app!
I can’t do anything on this app, it tells me there is a problem with everything. Can’t access my trips, my tickets, book a train with a voucher… etc. please do an update!!!
Every time I log on I get the your info is incorrect message, and it’s always the security code that is the problem. Also you have to hunt on the calendar for available trains to ride.
