Worse than IRS.gov Anything this hard to get my information out of is less than useful. Use their telephone customer service people, who are helpful.

For some reason this app only works with an WI-FI connection. It's very inconvenient if you are not at home.

SUPER???..I traveled on Amtrak's superliner roomette for the first time, and I loved it??????. I traveled via coach for the past few years...there's no comparison to roomette...hope to gain more points towards my rewards.

Yes, it made it easy to buy my ticket, but it has no way to find out track information, real time train location, you must still enter res number and name even after you've signed in... It's a pretty app with limited function, no real use for downloading it & I will be removing it from my phone.
Can't modify schedule?

I bought a ticket with my Amtrak Guest Rewards points. Website can't find reservation. Phone app shows reservation, but can't modify it. Have to call in and wait on hold for a live person. This is how you reward your frequent customers?
App can't remember trips

You have to have the reservation number to get the details...if you know it, you probably have other details already. When you log in the next time, the app remembers NOTHING...no recent trips...zip. A useless app. Inept management is wasting Amtrak budget on poorly written stuff like this.
Apple Wallet Time zone bug

When adding my ticket to Apple Wallet (Passbook) the time on the ticket is 1 hour off. Meaning if my train leaves at 4 pm local time the pass will show 3 pm. Please fix and I'll update my rating.

The App works well and ETicket is easy find. Booking tickets with the app is much more convenient than using the website.
