App kicks you out quickly practically in a second. You have to kick pressing on the QR code on your screen so it stays up in time for the conductor because even when you pull up your eticket when you’re advised to do so, the moment you let go, the app closes right away and you need to reload and reopen the app. Lots of kinks too in showing up “My Trips.” It doesn’t show past trips and just about 10 minutes ago I booked a trip and it’s not showing up in future trips. App is only efficient when you want to buy tickets.

It’s still not possible to see or book a trip outside of a single route. All you get is a message saying trip can’t be found.

Have tried several times to purchase a one way ticket and have continually been told my session expired as I was checking out. Booked via my laptop and your website, the latter which is marginally better than your app.

This app is quick to tell you when it can’t find a train for a route but offers no help in locating one. Perhaps, enter a starting location and destination and the app could simply tell me options of when it will be available vs. not available. This app is so bad it doesn’t shock me why ridership is down. It is because they can’t figure out when they could ride. I even get different results when entering the same criteria. Why? No idea.

Not sure if this is the app’s fault because the people that work the station can’t tell you why the train is delayed an hour. App is great for purchasing tix and keeping track of points. That’s why I gave 3 stars.
