Amtrak has great customer service but the app is extremely glitchy and rarely works. Basically need to call in for most things, and wait times are long.
Someone worked hard to make this app awful

It is no wonder that Amtrak struggles. Can’t book a reservation with ease. Can’t even find what is available. I would believe their worst enemy designed this to sabotage Amtrak. Not worth the bother. I’d rather take a bus.

Pretty good app honestly! If helps me get from Portland to Seattle pretty frequently and is cheap! They also let you change your reservation day/ times for free!
Makes it easier.

Having the app makes it easier to manage and see everything and it’s nice to have a way to have access to the information on the go.

I literally love almost every single thing about Amtrak. I wish they would try to do something about the dining on long/overnight trips but otherwise it’s pretty fantastic
