This app will refuse to work at the worst possible times giving timeout messages when you search and generally refusing to work. Absolutely terrible app.
Please fix the RideReserve feature.

Everything else works fine except for the RideReserve screen. Nothing comes up when you hit “Find Trains.” Since monthly pass holders are required to reserve a seat, it is rather frustrating when the app does not allow you to do that. While I understand the policy, monthly passes are too expensive for this feature not to work.

After several attempts I was forced to use the website, so what is the point of the app?

This is a very poor app. I try to check train schedules, but it is a guessing game. I put in a location, it just says unavailable, how about telling me what is available. Now when I try to submit a review, it wants a nickname, when I pick one it says it is taken over and over.

Very easy to use. I had to cancel my trip my credit was in my account and easy to redeem once I rebooked my travel plans.
Amtrak is the best travel!

Amtrak is the best mode of transportation. I feel safe and secure during this era that we are in. Even with delays at time, the staff is very ensuring and communicates to the travelers at all times. Thank you Amtrak.
