The app is awful. It’s never accurate with arrival time. It often doesn’t let you confirm the ride. Don’t let you change after you have confirmed. Awful.

So far I have not been able to book one trip with this app. Every time I try I get, “At least one portion of your trip is unavailable. Please try a different date and time.” So you have to mess around with your travel dates and hope you stumble on the right variable. Then no help is offered. It would be a great help if it could at least tell you what portion of your trip in unavailable and why. I actually think they don’t really want anyone to book trips via the app, or maybe at all.

I keep getting the error “something wrong with our system please try again later” I can log on via web. I just cannot login via the app.

I’ve been riding trains around the North East for over 20 years, often skipping Amtrak service because of the price. Sometimes it’s cheaper to fly than to take the train. During COVID-19 the service continued with gapped sitting, touchless transaction payments in the food cart often no real healthy food options and a more limited number of eats. The app has been easy to use and you can even modify the reservation yourself in an easy to understand user interface within the app. The company should make stronger efforts of cleaning between routes. Still work to be done.

The app doesn't tell you've got dates wrong based on the stations that you've selected and gives you absolutely no direction as to which dates would work for the stations you selected. Won't use this again at all. Recommend no one else use it either.

This "app" wouldn't let me specify the city of billing. So I couldn't book. Absolutely worthless. The website wouldn't verify my credit card. Useless. I had to use freaking wanderu. Why????
