Simple easy way to access your eticket

Very convenient having my ticket displayed on the home page and not needing to search for it. I would like options for general information about the stations and trains I’ll be using. For those of us who don’t ride the train regularly it would be helpful to have boarding and seating info for the trains and for connecting busses. Thanks

Best Transportation App ever.

I used to travel using busses, by I moved to Amtrak. Their service is great, and the app very friendly to use. No need to print tickets unless requested. Prices at great.


Why the changes?

My upcoming trip is no longer on the Home Screen, I can no longer click on my trip even when I do find it in “my trips” to modify my seat choice, and many other features carelessly removed or misplaced. Really poor work by the app team, shame on you, do some UX testing


Worthless for Booking

The app is great for existing reservations and checking schedules, but forget trying to book a reservation. I tried on several occasions, got frustrated, gave up time & time again. Call in your reservation and use it after that. It’s not worth the frustration.


No wonder Amtrak is dying

This app can't help me book a trip to the next stop. Nothing but “At least one portion of your trip is unavailable”. No assistance in figuring out the issue. Amateurs!

Every time I book through this app I get a notification one, sometimes two days before my trip saying “welcome aboard”. Each time this happens my heart drops and I believe for a moment that I booked my trip incorrectly. Not the case - the app just pretends your trip is on random days. App also refreshes randomly and I’ve lost my progress trying to book several times.
