Whomever came up with the brilliant idea to force a blinding white background on you in this app should be fired! These programmer types are always wanting to change things that people are perfectly happy with and end up screwing things up. Please fix your incompetent mistake.

Not a real tech savvy person, but I have to admit I love Alexa and all the new features!! We are able to utilize this device for multiple purposes , from lights , our furnace, the aroma therapy! It's amazing !! Thank you

I’d like to thank Linda who helped me over the phone with my problem. Alexa open my life to all kinds of new adventures in music, news, ideas, you name it. I have the echo plus and my home is full of joy with alexa. I listen to news from an Irish radio station because i went there one time and fell in love with it. I would not be able without alexa.thank you. I’m a fan...can’t you tell.
Apple Watch App Needed!!!!

This app is great and would be amazing to have this on my apple watch as well. Since it is my second.ost used device next to my iPhone.
I can’t find my echo

When I go into the more section and click devices it just loads and nothing shows up
Services not working on Echo

I just set up my Echo show 8 and neither my Amazon music unlimited, or ANY Amazon music, is working when I ask it to. “Alexa, play Amazon music.” Her response, “hmmm, I’m not sure...” What? I couldn’t get my live streaming service through xfinity to play this morning. It seems like all the cool conveniences of this thing just ain’t working for me. I’m linking all of these through my Alexa app to this device, but they aren’t syncing or something.
