Spotty service

My Alexa keeps shutting off in mid song, my wifi network is strong. No other wireless devices have issues.

I love light mode

This is great!!!! Thank you for adding light mode.

Doesn’t support that

Electrofix

This is the response I receive quite a bit. Alexa used to work well, not so much anymore.

More frustration than helpful

Can’t connect to my Sonos speakers with any consistency. Groups of speakers, forget about it. Having voice control of speakers is my primary goal and it is far from being met. Spent plenty of time with customer support, still can’t get voice control of my Sonos. Further functionality like asking questions yield answers that are pitiful more often than correct. Get a google home and save yourself the

Getting worse

Mojo_Belmar

I have been using Alexa devices for quite a while. Overall, the experience is getting worse. Looking at the skills I want to use - typically rated 2 stars or less. Fix what you have versus keep adding more unreliable functions. Disable, enable, doesn’t matter. Poor interface with home automation devices (switches, Roomba, etc). You need to have the exact version of magic words and maybe it might work. Music is the only things that is consistently reliable.

Needs work

The voice recognition is better than Google, but it still messes up at least one time in three, no matter how carefully said, nor if said exactly as Alexa wants it said.

We’ve just become an Alexa fam after giving google a try and finding it difficult to keep everything we need within one place. So much easier with Alexa!! Let us know if you know anyone interested in all of our google products we no longer want?! Haha. Still figuring it out but having fun doing it unlike the frustrating experiences we had with our google products. This just fits our families needs much better.
