Alexa on Sonos Beam is not responding to my voice after 2 days of use. Probably will return this $400 item.

First of all the reason why you shouldn’t download the app is because the music never works! When I tried to play Today’s Hits it would act like it’s loading and then it would refresh the page and it wouldn’t play the music. Also the voice command for Alexa isn’t the best.

A while ago I welcomed Alexa into our home and headed lights plugs sound in a lot more. She’s been a A reliable helper since your arrival. Yesterday I learned a new skill that enabled me to contact a family member who doesn’t have the ability to use the phone. This was both helpful to me and to this family member. It is a great help and service that I truly appreciate. Amazon Alexa has been a true benefit to our family.

Updated my app the other day and now my Alexa app won’t open it just force closes constantly.
