This app used to work on my IPhone X but now freezes every day and I can’t use most of the functions for my Amazon Echo

The main screen works well but many of the side bars are glitchy. Whenever I go to the alarms tab it completely freezes and I cannot edit my alarms. Please fix!

For a few weeks now, it’s been freezing after I launch it on my iPad Pro. Just updated it again and it still freezes. Very frustrating. Update - April 12, 2018 It was working again for a long while, although still glitchy. Now when it brings up a splash screen to introduce Messaging, it freezes. You have to kill the app.

Buggiest app ever!!!

Have found the greatest use of Alexa was to keep lists but more and more cannot access the lists created. Followed instructions to correct but that works for about a second then it doesn’t work again. Not even the Help and Feedback link is accessible. Super annoying!

Freezes almost every use

For at least two years this app has been horrendous on both my iPad and iPhone. Nearly every time I use the app to silence an alarm it freezes before I’m able to shut the alarm off. It usually takes at least 5 to 10 tries of closing and relaunching the app before I’m successful or just give up. Most of the time I’m unable to get it to work and have to walk to the echo and tell it to stop. This is a big deal for me as I’m disabled and stairs are heck to use, one of the big reasons I got the echo.

I’m replacing my Echo in each room with Google. Google Home is smart and intuitive. Responds to commands. All while Echo and Alexa get stupider. Why don’t we make what we have work? Before adding more skills. Alexa has skills, but Google is AI that works.

What Happened?!

Suddenly the Alexa app on my iPhone SE has locked up. Cannot scroll, cannot use the “buttons” on the lower bar, and cannot tap or access the main screen. Have closed all open apps, cleared the RAM, and rebooted the phone, all to no avail. Please fix!

While the app accepted device name and my address from this iPad during initial setup, it refuses to let me edit either using the same iPad. The entry field comes up and then disappears. The edit works just fine on an iPhone. You can do better with QA and with code testing. You _SHOULD_ do better.
