Every few weeks the app totally freezes. The only way I’ve ever been able to get it working again is to delete the app & reinstall it. I need to have the app working to play jeopardy. At least 2 questions a day I can’t understand her unless I can read them. Then she has the nerve to tell me I got the answer wrong because I mispronounced a French word I’ve only seen in print! Most days I just don’t play.
No player support anymore?

The ability to control and see what's playing on non-screen devices was one of the most important features for us. This hasn't worked in ages. Can't see the queue either. Also, why isn't the Amazon Music app integrated so we can now easily find the music we are looking for?

Alexa is great, but the app itself is frustrating at best. I want to have the ability to control music from my phone in the app. Unfortunately that's not possible, but I can connect my phone to the speaker via Bluetooth and play from another app. Developer: you need to make it possible to play music from the Amazon music app in the Alexa app. Don't you guys talk to each other???

The Alexa app on my phone and iPad started to freeze up over the last month but, as of this past week, it is unusable. I keep my lists on there like my shopping list, but they’re useless to me, as of now. The screen totally freezes up. I cannot do anything from the app side, at all, so my shopping list is only a fraction of my loss. I am extremely unhappy about this!

I have an iPhone X and this app is very glitchy and freezes all the time, also not updated to work full screen on iPhone X which is annoying since the app is owned by amazon you would think it would be much better. I suggest a total app revamp, not very user friendly
Good design overall but, many small bugs

The layout and design is good. Giving it two stars because very simple things like typing in searches, selecting options, and scrolling simply stop working. Hope it’s fixed soon.

Someone needs to get to work on overhauling this app! Doesn’t seem like Amazon is interested in keeping this up to date. Doesn’t fit the iPhone X and has some minor annoying issues
