Logs me out about every 3 days or so but once logged in I have good functionality and can answer tickets. Haven't had the issues most are talking about

Please fix your app. I depend on it and can't use it because searching constantly causes it to crash and I go back to the springboard. Ugh!

All we get is "unable to display view" thus the app is useless. The last app was easy to use but no longer supported. Please bring back the previous version. Update. The latest version of the app now works and at least opens. Thanks ZenDesk now to testing functionality.

All I get with the new version that zendesk tech support told me would fix my previous problems is a recurring error on a blank screen. Restarting the phone, restarting the app, and logging out and in again all leave me with the same issue.

Constantly getting an error that won't give me any details or codes. It won't let me log in but it will give me ticket details in my push notifications. How is that secure?!? Fix it

The mobile app use to work just fine, but now I keep getting "access revoked" messages and having to start from scratch each time. Now I have a blank screen where I cannot access the app at all. I'm tired of uninstalling and re-installing. Can you either return to the previous version or just fix the app?? ?

The previous app worked so much better. Not sure why Zendesk was so excited and insistent on using this new one. So far it's not an improvement over the old. Zendesk c'mon with it already!!

If you want to purely look at the subject of the ticket and who it is from, this app is perfect! Should you want to actually do anything with the tickets, then not so much...
