Nothing like the web app

Wendy Lockhart

The app only works if you want to view tickets. Responding to them is an absolute nightmare - macros aren’t consistent, ticket statuses can’t be changed, search doesn’t work at all, different brands aren’t supported and the list goes on!

Forced to use. Loses authentication

Comrade Spud

The most recent update (as of 2018-08-22) revoked the client's authentication. This app continues to underwhelm.

Works great but app clunky

MSthunder

Think it works great on your computer. The app is missing most important part of zen desk to be able to link directly and see their orders. If it had this feature would be much better.

New update

Problems I had are resolved

Badge count never lower than 1

cee4625

Generally a good app. However the badge app icon count that shows unread items is never lower than 1 — even after the latest update. This false count is frustrating when trying to ensure all customer requests have been touched. Kindly fix. Thanks.

On the go Customer support!

Kaybee8888

If you are an agent responsible for world-wide customer support, you’ll love this app. Quickly take care of issues from your phone or tablet anywhere- at a swim meet, on the beach, at home in bed- anywhere. No need to boot up the computer. ? The app now has your macros available so you won’t sacrifice efficiency.

Crashing is unbearable

FBAKERtjty

Constantly crashing on the latest iOS when trying to matk a ticket as solved.

Apple Watch complication

Useful unless you want notifications

k8seren

The app is useful for updating tickets on the go but notifications do not work at all, whether I set them to be active during work hours or all the time. The permissions are set correctly in iOS settings so I don’t know what the issue is. Would be much more useful if notifications worked
