Just plain frustrated – Zendesk Support Review

The mobile app use to work just fine, but now I keep getting "access revoked" messages and having to start from scratch each time. Now I have a blank screen where I cannot access the app at all. I'm tired of uninstalling and re-installing. Can you either return to the previous version or just fix the app?? ?
