Used to be clicking on a *.zendesk.com link from an email would directly launch the app. Now it takes you to a landing page. Not sure what broke but if possible please fix!

I just updated on phone and iPad. App is now broken “request limit reached. Please try later”

New messages should be at the top. Spacing should be better. Right now there are so many gaps it’s difficult to use the app. I don’t use it all unless I absolutely have to.

Always impressed with the level of attention ZenDesk gives to their apps. One feature I’d like to see added is the ability to merge tickets in the app. Other than that, this app just keeps getting better with every update!

Works well if you only work with a single Helpdesk. The old app had the ability to sign into multiple desks. It would be great to see that feature added back to the current app.

Macros don’t work on the mobile app. The user experience in general is very clumsy. Needs to be simplified.

I can’t add a requester on a ticket. I put the name and there’s no files to save. What’s the point of creating tickets without a requester name? Too bad, I like the online site but if I can’t use mobile then I’m looking elsewhere.

After the recent update, now I cannot close any window within the app. Pressing the “X” does not close the window and I have to close the app.
