Beautiful, simple, straightforward

You won't get any of the fancy reporting or play mode functionality in this app, but it works wonderfully well and intuitively to do the kinds of things that an agent might need to do on the move—and actually, the app is better off for its clean interface. If my boss texts over lunch break about a customer request, I can easily search and share their ticket, or send off a quick reply. Brilliant!


Wrong username and password

Just got a new phone downloaded the Zendesk app to it. It keeps telling me I have the wrong username and password. I’ve verified over and over again that I’m using the correct information. This app is a waste of time.

And yes I had the right username/password and the right server information. Just kept me in an endless loop of OAuth.


Horrendous

Zendesk really screwed the pooch with this one. My least favorite app on my iphone, wish I didn’t have to use it. Notifications work intermittently, can’t access core Zendesk functions like notification settings, message assignments and status very cumbersome. Not sure why they decided to replace an excellent app with this trash and require users switch! ?


Bring back the old app!!!

This app makes me sad and I hate using it because of how sad it makes me. The old app made me happy. I used it even when I didn’t need to. It’s been over a year and I still think about that app. RIP

I don’t understand why you even bother to update this app? It’s impossible to use it by design since its launch. The message field is so small it doesn’t allow to enter any substantial text. The worst part of it is that Zendesk website has the same problem in the browser. So Zendesk cannot be used on iPad at all. Also seems it’s still using ancient iOS framework and doesn’t support new keyboard on the iPad Pro so keyboard takes 60% of usable space. When you switch back to it on iOS 11 keyboard disappears and you have to relaunch it. Someone please rewrite it, redesign it and finally bring Zendesk to the iPad.


Need better UI experience

I was using the old app version and tried the new app. Look and feel is different but I cannot select multiple tickets and assign them to myself. The older version had this functionality and it's a very important one. Hoping they will add this soon to the new app. Is there an option to download the older version?

New Update to UI botched

This App USED to work just fine. Once they changed some UI settings, I couldn’t make the notification badges go away unless i go ticket by ticket instead of selecting multiple as viewed. What happened? This is garbage.
