Agree - new app is worthless

Love zendesk, but this app change is complete garbage. The desktop web app is nice and works, this iOS app is just terrible in every way. Time to go back to the drawing board on this UX. Maybe fire the guy or gal who green lit it too. No way to merge tickets, the icons are confusing and a waste of space. So many other little nuances but those are my biggest gripes.


app won't allow logging in

I've tried logging into the app a hundred times. Won't store session data, keeps flashing "retry" in red at the login screen. This app is truly impossible to use. This must work better on our mobile endpoints, or else I'm going to start recommending other solutions.


Darken text and UI elements, please, and fix crashes

I find the app unreliable and the colors are crazy. Also the messages look formatted all crazy in the app compared to email or web.


Bring back the old app!!!

I cancelled my subscription today. Zendesk doesn’t care about customer feedback! This app makes me sad and I hate using it because of how sad it makes me. The old app made me happy. I used it even when I didn’t need to. It’s been over a year and I still think about that app. RIP


Inconsistent with Web Macros

I've noticed a change in behavior when applying macros to a ticket that is inconsistent with the way macros are applied in the web portal. On iOS, macro settings for applying a specific assignee or group do not actually take affect if applied from the app. Testing these macros in the web portal works as expected, applying the correct group and assignee. Tags are applied correctly, but the ticket is never actually transferred to the correct team/user. This behavior began a few days ago, so it doesn't appear to be related to the most recent update unless I did indeed go that long without updating the app. I will continue testing and edit with a resolution if found.

Ability to view organization is not avail and that seriously hampers usability for me

Not sure when it happened, but the no longer lets me make a new ticket or exit out of the app. I have to kill the app each time I need to “go” back.


Cannot sort searches

Why is the option to sort searched tickets still not available??? For example, searching a given requester’s tickets results in an out-of-chronological order listing that cannot be sorted. Very, very frustrating and shows lack of thoroughness during app development and/or QA.


Handy for monitoring support requests
