Notifications stopped working. Seemed to coincide with the recent iOS 13.6 upgrade
Annoying bug came back again

I don’t want to login and do 2FA EVERY SINGLE TIME when I launch the app! Can we permanently fix this bug?
Logs me out every time time

The app is great but logs me out every time I close the app. It renders it not useful on iPhone. Please fix!

Only issue I have is that I’m unable to hear voicemails that are left on out tickets. They just won’t play.
Only keep it to see if it gets fixed

This app has been terrible for years. I only keep it on my phone to see what updates are made, in case it actually improves the experience of using it. - no markdown support, still - selecting text or setting a cursor point on iOS 14 is only possible with the 5 lines of text you can see in the window between the header and the keyboard. God help you if you need one extra line highlighted - straight to the top or the bottom. - no ability to customize notifications other than on - off. - no option to re-order the views list. And if you go to their user forums, it’s just piles of people asking for things to be improved from years ago, with no activity.

For the last several months I’ve been unable to close or minimize a ticket in the app after making a comment. There are no errors about missing data. I have to kill the app and restart it to look at other tickets.

My tickets don’t open when I get notified and click them. I have to go to my home screen, scroll down to refresh, then open them. I also haven’t been notified when several tickets have come in. Terrible updated to “fix bugs” when more were created.
Switch between accounts, stay logged in

App is good, however... we need to be able to switch between accounts, and logging out and back in every time is a nuisance. Please give us a way to switch or toggle between multiple accounts. Many of your competitors already have this feature built into their app. Also, the app keeps logging us out for no reason, when we close the app and relaunch. We’d like to be able to log into two or more accounts and stay logged in, even when we quit and relaunch the app. Thank you!
