Every time I assign a ticket from the notifications in IOS, I can never close the window to go to the default tray, I must close the application and open it again, I am a zendesk user for 5 years and this did not happen before, I have been hopeful in the last 4 updates thinking it will be solved but nothing ...

The app is great, but it has a very annoying bug. Whenever I exit the app, I am signed out. Then, when I open the app again, I have to re-enter my username and password. There is no option to remember my login. Once this is fixed, I will gladly update my review.

I’m noticing when I reply to a ticket that comes in I am unable to click the X at the top to close the ticket to get back to something else I’m having to close the app completely and get back into go to another ticket. Has this issue come up for anybody else?

Zendesk is a good application to assign, update, and view tickets and tasks. Mobile app is great for Field Service use when on the go!

The app works well and lets you keep in touch with you support tickets on the go... but on iOS13, when you quit the app and reload it, you have to go through the complete initial setup again (as if it was your first time using it). It doesn’t do this on Android.

When attempting to log into the app I get the following error, “The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” This only shows up when entering the correct password. When entering incorrect information it throws the correct error. Literally cannot use the app

You still, even in 2020, have to click to view an inline image. Or “click to download” to view an image. Like come one.

Have to type login credentials after closing the app every time. I’ve reached out to the support team ages ago about this, and they’ve provide no update as to when or if they’re going to fix the bug.
