You REMOVED SEE CONNECTED DEVICES, which Allowed the OWNER TO SEE ALL DEVICES CONNECTED OR NOT CONNECTED. THEN the OWNER COULD CHOOSE WHICH DEVICES TO PAUSE. Or PERMANENTLY BLOCK. As of latest UPDATE REMOVED THIS OPTION SO THAT CRIMINALS CAN NOW HACK THE ACCOUNT HOLDERS ACCOUNT. Since the Account holder can’t see devices, the account holder can’t block or pause those fraudulently connections and pause them permanently. WELL DONE IF YOUR ENTIRE GOAL IS TO ASSIST CRIMINALS IN STEALING INTERNET AND CABLE AT THE COST OF THE ACCOUNT HOLDER!

Our internet is very spotty even though we pay for the higher speeds. On top of the fact that we pay way too much and we’ve been loyal customer for years. Time for a change.

I have called several times in the past few weeks. On top of slow and spotty Wi-Fi I have had issues with connecting to the modem. I had to get a new Modem and have help setting it up a few weeks ago. Today’s issue was not user caused. You charge enough to hire more tech support. I should not have to go through this ridiculous process online to finally get help. Your outtage today caused my issue. It is not user caused. I didn’t sign up for service to have to wait through this process each time. Do better!!

I used to be able to see what’s connected to network and pause and set timers for my kids iPads. Can’t do that anymore. I have connected new devices to my network and it doesn’t show up on the app at all. Fix.

Overall the app works fine. Now and then there are issues. The issue I have now is that when you get “multiple treats need attention” and you follow everything that xfinity says to do to clear the treat it doesn’t work. The treat still stays. I’ve been a customer for a very long time and little things like this happens now and then. It’s not that important, but also a little annoying.

The amount of pixels and internet outages is ridiculous! Unfortunately I’m tied in for 2 years!
