Recording warriors game that have a national broadcast

I record every warriors game with one exception; the ESPN broadcast records but for reasons unbeknownst to me, they show that they’re being recorded but a substitute programming is being recorded. Other Bay Area xfinity customers have the same problem. I can’t imagine why Comcast can’t fix this problem since it owns the rights to the local station. Please reply


Needs more advanced features

I’d like to see error logs available and have the ability to log in and configure/manage my modem/router admin settings from the app.

Sales person at Alpharetta, Ga Xfinity store lowered my package and said my bill would be $60 including taxes and fees. My bill is $124.00. Went by there yesterday to talk with them about. They would do nothing. I’m done with Xfinity. Never again!!!!! T-Monle. $40 month ALL taxes and fees included!!!!!!


Xfinity App Poorly Designed

Your supposed to use the Xfinity app to activate your own modem. Just try work your way through this app to find those instructions. Took me about an hour to find them. It was so difficult I decided to back my way out & document the steps involved so I could find them again. Been at least an hour now trying to find my way back thru this worthless app to those instructions. Can’t find them. Gave up.

Well I already had problems with the alloys gets cause mine wasn't working..but I do need to find out if a tech needs to come to my new place to re connect it???

This app now will not let you separate 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands!! This ability is VITAL for setting up 2.4ghz devices like cameras and weather stations. You HAVE to be on the 2.4ghz band to do this. Xfinity’s app has decided that you don’t need to be able to do something so basic! This is an INSULT to its customers. Why shouldn’t be able to do this in the app? The app developers suffer from arrogance and hubris and think they know all. You don’t! You’re just idiots. This is what the app says: “ If you don't see the 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi settings (WiFi Mode, Channel Selection, and Channel Mode) in Advanced Settings, this means these settings are now being managed automatically to help optimize your home network and provide the best performance possible” GFY

This app is useless. There is no way to manage your devices. It just shows how much I owe and then a series of ads. Thanks Xfinity.
