Cable and Wi-Fi have not been working properly for over a month! I’ve called almost every day wasting 30 minutes to an hour every day trying to get them to fix it. I only get a temporary fix however. It is a maintenance issue, but I can’t get them to fix node 78!

We had always loved Xfinity. We do not any longer. Our TVs go in and out daily. Our cameras work half the time. The last several months are not worth the $350 we pay monthly.
Pay for 1gb barely get 500mbps

I had a tech (higher up) come out and he says there are two signals coming in to the house neither get the proper signal strength nor are either capable of it. And I’m still paying $$$$$ for service that I don’t get. Time to call Xfinity again. The app is alright, but I’m starting to really be unhappy w them.

Xfinity representatives with whom I communicate on the phone “babble” with strong accents and I cannot understand much of what they are saying. It’s also difficult to talk to anyone who has the authority to make a decision.

Recently every time I try to view my cameras from a device it says troubleshooting! I’m about ready to try a new company because I need feel secure and be able to have my service function properly.
