This is a great app. But this update seems to have caused problems with scheduled down time. I have down time schedules for my kids computer that aren’t being followed. At random times it says internet is paused and also not unpausing after down time, I have go in and pause/unpause to get them back online. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Bedtime settings

This has become extremely frustrating. First of all, it’s very difficult to find the downtime settings. Please just put it on the home page of the app. Second, when I set bedtime, it turns my WiFi off instantly instead of waiting until the bedtime I set. Please FIX ASAP!!
Forced to download app

This is stupid, I shouldn’t be forced to download this app just to set up my OWN modem and router. This should be illegal.

Everything is good except they delivered equipment to another address and labeled it future president and you charged me twice $50 and I still am waiting for the 50 in return. You keep trying to charge my card $16 dollars so other then that it’s pretty good. Thanks Thomas dale Hopewell jr

Worst service ever

If would have verizon in our condo would definetely switch. I have a high speed internet package and running a google speed test the results are 0.19 mbps and 0.12 mbps. Comcast/xfinity always increasing fees without notice and always trying to play smarter on people. This business model is disguting.
