I was asked to activate my network in this stupid app. In this app, it leads to an outside website and asks me to download the app again. Good job!

I have been beyond frustrated with Xfinity customer service and app. I have been trying to get information about a service that I believe I have access to (but I haven’t been able to fully enjoy it), without success. I just want to know if my understanding is correct or not. If not, I’ll be happy to add it to my current bill. However, I have already spent multiple hours on the phone trying to speak to a representative, without success. Then I tried the app. Also unsuccessful. VERY frustrated. IS THERE ANYONE AT XFINITY THAT COULD SPEAK WITH ME???

Due to the recent update, we can no longer see devices that were previously connected to our Wi-Fi. Please bring that feature back. Also when you pause a device, you can not find it again to up-pause it. Recent update is terrible…..the app was working fine prior to the update.

We are a family of 4 and we all attending school, we used to pay $10.00 a month do to our kids attending middle school and high school. We made the decision to upgrade the internet because we thought it was going to help us between college and work and we have come to find out that it is the worse internet service we have ever received. I have called for help because we lose internet 2 to 3 times a day or is very slow to the point that during meetings or live sections program closes unexpectedly, and all customer service does is to advise us to upgrade to a more expensive service and we already pay over $100.00 a month. We have had technicians come to the house they say there’s nothing else they can do. This is unacceptable.

I use sleep apps on devices connected to the internet. In the middle of the night for at least 6 - 12 MONTHS internet is cut off causing very loud alerts from devices. No idea why this is happening and it is a huge issue. This only seems to happen late at night. I think they have a maintenance window they need to change asap.

WiFi keeps dropping multiple times a day .. reboot modem. Calls drop if we move around the house. Just awful

Great app to let you confirm the constant disruption of service, provided you are not relying on their Wifi to use app.
