Connection issues

It was good for the first few months, but in the last month I’ve had to call about 5 times for troubleshooting because the connection drops. It’s not on my end because what I do doesn’t work. Each time I call the tech depo has to do something on their end. It’s getting very frustrating.

Xfi simply works with no issues so far, stays online 100% which is fantastic. The app offers many items which are very useful. Very happy with the service!!!

This app provided no functionality than I already had through the website. Appears to only be sized for iPhone, awkward when using a screen larger than the app.
